Westchester Funeral Home

Meet the People Behind Westchester Funeral Home

For the past 6 generations, the Benedict family has been serving the communities of Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Eastchester, Scarsdale, New Rochelle or beyond at our funeral home in Eastchester, New York. Over the many years of service, we’ve helped thousands of people honor their loved ones and say meaningful goodbyes.

As a family owned and operated funeral home, we’ve had the pleasure of building lasting relationships with people throughout our community and helped them through difficult and challenging times.
No matter what funeral home you go to, you’ll find funeral directors who are caring and compassionate. You don’t get into the funeral industry if you don’t have a desire to help others. At Westchester Funeral Home, our staff goes the extra mile. It’s what has helped us run a successful business for more than 180 years.

We fortunate to have an incredible staff at Westchester Funeral Home. It’s truly these people that make us stand out from the other funeral homes in New York. From their first day of working at Westchester, we ask our staff to treat a family like they are a part of it. By providing our clients with the same level of care and respect we would expect for a member of our family, we are able to provide a truly one-of-a-kind quality of service. It may sound cliché, but this approach to helping others has helped us form lasting friendships with the families that we have served.

When you work with a funeral home to care for a loved one, you instill a certain level of trust. Our goal has always been to help each and every family honor their loved one and provide them with the care and support they need. If we exceed their expectations, we know we’ve accomplished our goal.

For this month’s blog post, we would like to place the spotlight on the wonderful people that make up our staff.
