Condolences

Condolence From: L D Lewandowski
Condolence: During a search, today, November 18, I discovered Sammy's homegoing. My deepest sympathy is expressed. Sammy and his dear family hold a special place in my heart. Everett Ray, his brother carried my son David and I to visit their precious family and they graciously opened their home to my son and I. During our brief stay they gave us some of my most treasured memories during some troubled times for us. David was called to his Heavenly home at age 26; therefore I am searching for friends who knew David and may have photos. I know the pain of deep grief. I pray our Abba Father grant this family Shalom.

Condolence: Sadness is overwhelming knowing that Sam's life was cut so short. He lived his life in a carefree manner which suited him well. After the tragic loss of his daughter, he tried to recover but fell short; however, there was never a doubt that Sam loved his family and friends dearly. God has a plan and now that Sam is reunited with his daughter, all is well. I have had the opportunity to get to know Sam after childhood and came to realize that Sam became a good man, a good son, and a good brother as well as a great cousin!

Condolence: I'm so very sorry to hear of Sam's death. The last Gerard and I had seen him was in Grand Central station. We hugged and talked and, of course, laughed! I remember him always as a man who, when he entered a room, filled it. Who laughed much and who made others laugh (and sometimes cringe - but then so did G- great cringes) but who, I suspect, held much within. Thank you for letting me know - a tip of the hat and a hug to him wherever he may be; the richness of his stories are filling the air somewhere! And a very special hug to you as you remember those fine days within the strength of your present fine days.
