| Vernon L. Hall, 72, of Yonkers died on May 17, 2010. Dear brother of Jo-Ann Magrino. Cherished uncle of Keith O’Dowd, Krista Brown, and Jai-Te Scott, and great uncle of Annaliese Brown. Vernon worked for 21 years at St. John’s Hospital in Yonkers. The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME,INC. EASTCHESTER, Wednesdsay 2-4 & 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thurdsay at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute to the American Cancer Society, 2 Lyon Place, White Plains, NY 10601. |

Buzzy has been my friend for so many years I shall find it hard not to be able to talk & joke with him. Rest in peace dear friend and know well that someday we'll pick up where we left off.

I knew Buzz from St. John's Riverside Hospital. He was a wonderful and kind person. He always had a joke to tell you which made your day. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Buzz.

Buz was my dear friend during the 60's and has remained in my heart as a dear friend all of these years. I am saddened by his passing. Hopefully he is in a better place now.
