| Louis M. LaPorta, 69, of Eastchester died on May 3, 2010. Beloved husband of Josephine Titto LaPorta. Loving father of Michael LaPorta, Ann Marie Telesco, Angela Santomauro, and Christine McConologue. Cherished Poppy of Michael, Nicole, Alyssa, Samantha, Deana, Amanda, and Victoria. Dear brother of Emanuel, John, and Joseph. The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday May 7th at 10:30am at Assumption Church, Tuckahoe. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends who wish may contribute to the American Heart Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220. |

Dear Josephine, Please accept my most sincere sympathy on the loss of your husband, Louis. Louie was a classmate at EHS. I remember him as a cheerful, happy young guy who smiled and joked a lot. I was so sorry to hear of the death of Louis. He was a high school classmate...these days somehow become more previous as time passes. My condolances to all the family.
