| John Margeotes, artist, 85, of Hastings-on-Hudson, formerly of Eastchester, died on February 22, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Vivienne. Loving father of Victoria Schell, John, Penelope, and James Margeotes. Cherished grandfather of five. Dear brother of Steve and Nicholas Margeotes, and the late Peter and Arthur Margeotes, and Helen D’Ascoli. John served in the US Marine Corps, Third Marine Division, in the South Pacific during WWII. The family will receive friends at THE WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER, Tuesday 6-9 PM, and Wednesday 2-4 & 6-9PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Wednesday at 8PM. Interment and military honors Thursday February 25, 2010 at 11:30AM. Friends who wish may contribute to the Jansen Memorial Hospice, 69 Main St, Tuckahoe, NY 10707 |
